INTRODUCTION
You will be able to Identify, use & maintain tools, materials, protective equipment & types of tiling materials for tiling in accordance with health & safety and housekeeping procedures.
Prepare surfaces for Tiling by identifying, correct or removing protrusions, surface defects, cracks, dust, dirty. Dampen the the surface if necessary then batch tiles, adhesives and grout according to instructions and specific work requirements.
Apply tiles at plastred surfaces like walls, square columns, bath, piers, screeded floor, and concrete steps using adhesives then tiles are cleaned
you will be able to learn how to apply plaster screed on the wall and column surfaces according to lines and levels and specification thickness tolerance.
Prepare floors and apply screeds to floors and steps. by levelling
Repair cracked and damaged plaster.
